My home is not the biggest, definitely not the cleanest, and probably not the prettiest, but as they say home is all about who you share it with!
Living room is never picture ready…this is as good as it gets! Wondering what other people do to keep the pillows in their proper place…velcro? Where do you keep your dog toys? Mine seem to be hiding in all of my pics! Yes, that is a bird in the corner…a very messy bird!
And, yes that is an aquarium on the other side of the room, home to Sophie the turtle. So, if you can’t find anything on tv you can always watch the animals!
We put this fireplace in after we moved in. Found the mantel at an auction. outbid and older gentleman who we found out later had a sentimental attachment to it…felt real bad, but still kept the mantel.
So love this old piece…but, have lost control of the inside of it. Notice the monkey clock that was handmade by daughter Natalie…gorgeous!
Guess I’ll let the kids back in now…thanks for taking the tour!
